Michon Caton is a Reward Partner at Genentech, Inc. for 1 1/2 years, however she has over 25 years of benefits administration and strategic experience.  She manages the Health Savings Account, commuter and time off benefits which include vacation, sabbatical and holiday benefits and partners with team members on the retirement, absence management and communication programs.
