Mike Bollinger is the Global VP of Strategic Initiatives at Cornerstone. He has been an executive for more than two decades specializing in organizational development and implementing innovative procedures by utilizing strategic leadership and processes. Mike has extensive expertise in human resources, performance management and process improvement. At Cornerstone, he leads initiatives to establish effective programs and implement streamlined processes. He is also a proud member of the Cornerstone People Research Lab and has a passion for leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Prior to this role, he was Cornerstone's Global Vice President – Thought Leadership and Advisory Service and Cornerstone's Vice President – HR Transformation.
