For the past 35 years, Mike has held senior roles in the Finance and Human Resources functions at large multinational companies. He began his career as an Accountant with DuPont and over the next 35 years worked with AT&T, Ford Motor Company, Oshkosh Truck, NRG Energy, Weatherford International and Mary Kay Inc, having been Benefits Director or Senior Director-Global Total Rewards for much of the last 22 years. He is currently the Director of Global Benefits and Mobility for Mary Kay, Inc. With over 5,000 employees and millions of Independent Beauty Consultants worldwide, Mary Kay offers more than 200 premium products in more than 35 countries. The majority of its products are developed, tested and manufactured at its state of the art facilities in Dallas Texas and Hangzhou, China.
