Mike Gregoire has served as Chief Executive Officer of CA Technologies, a $4.5 billion global software company, since 2013.  CA Technologies is helping companies navigate the opportunities and challenges of the application economy—a world where software is crucial to global business and application development is the engine of innovation.

Under Mike’s direction, CA accelerated its software leadership with innovative offerings, a renewed brand, and strengthened market presence. He brought fiscal discipline to CA operations; invested in developing, retaining, and hiring talent; and built a winning team focused on ensuring customers’ success in today’s rapidly changing technology landscape.

Before joining CA, Mike was CEO of Taleo Corporation, a leading cloud-based talent management software company that he built and took public before its successful sale to Oracle in 2012 for nearly $2 billion.  With a career spanning more than 25 years in software and technology, Mike also served as Executive Vice President at People Soft and Executive Director at Electronic Data Systems EDS.

Mike is widely recognized as a strategic thinker in the information technology industry. He is a member of the World Economic Forum’s IT Governors Steering Committee, the Business Roundtable’s Information and Technology Committee, and the Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council. He also serves on the Executive Council of TechNet, an organization of CEOs that represents the technology industry in policy issues critical to American innovation and economic competitiveness.

Mike sits on the Board of Directors of ADP, one of the world’s largest providers of human resources business processing and cloud-based solutions, and is also a member of the Board of NPower, a nonprofit that enlists and trains low-income young adults and veterans to become IT professionals

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Computing from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada, and a Master of Business Administration degree from California Coast University.
