Mike Sebring is a seasoned professional with over 29 years of experience in financial services. He currently serves as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Citizens Financial Group, where he leads the organization's efforts to promote an inclusive and high performing workplace culture.

Prior to joining Citizens, Mike held similar roles at two global Japanese firms, SMBC and MUFG, where he built and oversaw their D&I functions across the Americas where he demonstrated his expertise in creating and implementing successful inclusion strategies that led to measurable improvements in organizational culture and business outcomes.

Mike's extensive background includes serving as a Managing Director across the west coast, where he led multi-state retail banking and wealth management teams. Throughout his career, Mike has been nationally recognized for his exceptional leadership and his ability to create top-performing teams. He is particularly known for his inclusive leadership practices, which have enabled him to build diverse and collaborative teams that deliver outstanding results.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and currently resides in Norwalk, CT with his husband.
