Nadia is a global HR executive who has provided leadership in delivering human capital solutions across multiple industries in companies like KPMG, Becton Dickinson, Diageo and Chanel. Currently, Nadia is the Senior Vice President, HR Global Performance & Rewards at DXC, a $16B technology and professional services company with over 110k professionals. Nadia is responsible for designing and delivering globally inclusive human capital performance and rewards solutions to engage and motivate DXC’s diverse workforce. Nadia was also recognized as one of Savoy’s 2022 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America. Over the years, as part of her HR leadership role, Nadia led discussions in the boardroom of Fortune 200 companies and has led discussions with the governance teams of institutional shareholders on various matters relating to ESG and executive compensation. She is also a Board member of the New York Founding, where she provides governance and risk oversight, advises the CEO and she played a key role in appointing the first female CEO for the agency. Nadia brings diverse experiences in leading large-scale transformation and change strategies in globally complex organizations.
