Nadia is a global HR executive with ~25 years of experience providing leadership in delivering inclusive HR solutions across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as the SVP, Performance, Rewards & Sustainability at DXC, a technology company with ~130k employees worldwide. Nadia champions a people-centric culture, coupled with ESG efforts that work in harmony to foster an inclusive culture where talent can thrive. She has influenced boards on matters such as CEO succession planning, board governance and composition; and aligning executive compensation with shareholder interests. Her expertise in human capital management and modernizing total rewards programs are foundational to her strategic approach to attract, retain and motivate talent with a diverse range of skills to support business growth. As a New York Foundling Board member, she serves on the governance and program quality committees, enabling the organization's mission to provide assistance to families in need, and played a key role in appointing the first female CEO. Nadia also serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching Organizational Behavior to MBA students.
