Nancy Lanham is a Sr. Director for Talent Planning and Performance at Vizient Inc. In her role, she manages the talent acquisition and contingent labor teams. Nancy leads, manages and coordinates Enterprise-wide recruiting programs using a results-driven focus. She implements talent programs and enables delivery of Enterprise strategic talent initiatives. Nancy maintains effective programs for talent attraction, promotion, and internal mobility, while partnering with key business leaders and Human Resources to understand and assess the workforce capabilities needed for the future. Before joining Vizient, Nancy worked as a global HR leader for Finastra, the third largest financial technology company in the world. Prior to Finastra, Nancy held HR roles at Samsung and GE. Nancy brings to Vizient her expertise in talent acquisition, workforce management, succession planning, employee relations, and total reward programs. Nancy holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and has more than 15 years of progressive HR experience. Nancy’s career aspirations are to continue to evolve Vizient’s talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance capabilities. Nancy thrives in working on transformational changes that drive business optimization and enhance talent attraction and internal mobility. She enjoys participating in Fantasy football leagues, and is a New England Patriots fan, which is hard to do living in Dallas, Texas.
