Nancy Rogers serves as president of the Lincoln Financial Foundation, and as senior vice president and head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability for Lincoln Financial Group. In these roles, Rogers oversees sustainability strategy and practices, corporate philanthropy, and community involvement.
Prior to this role, Rogers was senior vice president of Talent Management and Development and led programs that advanced the leadership and organizational development priorities of Lincoln. She continues to serve as a member of the human resources council, responsible for corporate-wide human resources governance.
Before joining Lincoln Financial in 2005, Nancy helped launch the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, where she was vice president for Institutional and External Affairs. As a member of the founding senior management team, she was responsible for the original organization design and staffing, as well as oversight of human resources, the general counsel’s office, government affairs, and educational programming. She joined the Kimmel Center after a 20-year career in banking with CoreStates Financial (now Wells Fargo) in Philadelphia, ultimately serving on the senior leadership team as Chief Administrative Officer reporting to the CEO.
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. She earned certificates in Executive Leadership Development from the Wharton School, and in Corporate Social Responsibility from Johns Hopkins University.
Nancy has also earned the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Level I FSA credential and is currently an FSA Level II candidate. She serves as president and director of the Lincoln Financial Foundation and is a member of the board of The PhD Project. Past board service includes Mercy Health System; Philadelphia Mayor’s Commission on Literacy; Homeless Advocacy Project; Support Center for Child Advocates; Center for Emerging Visual Artists; Philadelphia Dance Alliance; and United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Rogers is a member of the Forum of Executive Women, the International Society of Sustainability Professionals, and the Corporate Social Responsibility Council for The Conference Board.
She has been recognized by the National Diversity Council as one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in Pennsylvania. Rogers and her husband, John, are residents of Wayne, Pennsylvania.
