Nancy Romanyshyn is Senior Director Total Rewards Strategy and Solutions at Syndio.  She is  a Total Rewards subject matter expert with over 30 years of experience.  She led the North America Fair Pay Team and was co-lead of the Global Fair Pay Team at Willis Towers Watson where she was a Director of Rewards for over 20 years.  Prior to Willis Towers Watson, she stood up the compensation function at a mid-sized retail company.
