Natali Ganfer

Natali leads the corporate sustainability efforts at Moody's. She is responsible for setting the sustainability strategy and commitments, reporting and environmental performance.

During her time at Moody’s, she has re-set the sustainability strategy elevating the company's ESG efforts to leading and award-winning recognition, expanded disclosures, built-in capabilities to elevate its rigor and drove the establishment of ambitious corporate commitments. Natali is also part of the steering committee for the Net Zero Financial Services Provider Alliance, part of GFANZ. 

Prior to Moody’s, she implemented processes to achieve high-quality ESG data across PepsiCo, and led the development of strategic analytics. Natali has also conducted over 150 greenhouse gas and environmental verifications, she is a Chemical Engineer and holds a M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from Columbia University.
