Natalie currently serves as a Director of Advanced Analytics for UHCs National Accounts. She has 20+ years of experience in the healthcare industry,18 of those years have been in analytics and informatics roles. She joined the UHC family in 2008 and has worked in various analytic positions across the organization before landing in the Director role. Prior to UHC, she worked as a client consultant for HCSC, ran Phase 4 clinical trials for cardiac devices and migraine medications, and also worked at several healthcare data informatics companies. Natalie is currently the trusted consultant for several large strategic accounts, totaling over 500k lives and over $2B in annual spend. Her role is also highly focused on looking at industy and book of business trends to identify areas of opportunity. She takes pride in looking at the data from a variety of angles to find the opportunities that align most closely with strategy of her clients. Her commitment to understanding client needs has continually been recognized as she makes data actionable for clients to aid in global decision making. In addition to working with clients, she is a valued mentor and trainer for new consultants at UnitedHealthcare. Natalie received her BA from University of Oregon and an MA from the University of Chicago. She resides in Orange County, CA with her husband and teenage son.
