Nataly Youssef is the founder and CEO of Reclaim Health. Prior to Reclaim, Nataly co-founded P2 Analytics and led its healthcare vertical where she designed and developed a data-driven patient flow management platform for large hospital systems, powered by electronic health records and patient clinical data. Nataly was an early advisor to Benefits Science Technologies, a healthcare claims data warehouse solution, where she led their data science team and designed their initial algorithms for plan member-specific risk assessment, stop-loss analysis, high claimant predictions and gaps in diabetes care. Nataly has developed and delivered numerous business analytics training sessions for large analytics consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, has taught executive MBAs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and co-developed the MIT Analytics Edge online course. Nataly's expertise is in healthcare cost and delivery risk management, AI and robust optimization. Nataly received her PhD in Analytics from MIT and her MS in Risk Management and Optimization from Texas A&M University.
