Nathan Coffey

Nathan Coffey is the Council Director for the Data Protection & Privacy Leaders Council at The Conference Board. He has extensive legal, privacy, compliance, and risk experience.  His most recent experience includes 5 years as Chief Privacy Officer and Executive President of Compliance Risk for Teleperformance.  This role involves oversight of key risk programs: overseeing a team of 80+; covering the privacy and compliance requirements over 90 countries and 420,000 employees; and Co-Chairing the Compliance and Security Council and the 3^rd Party Risk and Technology Risk committees. Previous experience includes acting as Executive Director at JPMorgan heading EMEA Privacy & Technology Compliance and for Sitel as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer.  Nathan had a prior career in trading financial derivatives at major financial institutions and has held a number of independent director roles.

Nathan is a dual qualified barrister and solicitor advocate and has a master’s degree in economics from Cambridge University.  He speaks French and German.
