Nick is an accomplished Mergers & Acquisitions executive with deep business and financial acumen developed through 20+ years of corporate development, investment banking and investor relations experience. Nick is responsible for executing General Mills’ portfolio shaping strategies, managing global mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other business development activities, and overseeing post-close integration, separation and value capture pursuits. Nick joined General Mills from The Toro Company, where he most recently served as Managing Director, Corporate Development, Strategy & Investor Relations, responsible for enterprise strategy, global mergers and acquisition execution and investor relations. Prior to The Toro Company, he held M&A roles at Boeing, UBS Investment Bank and Lancaster Pollard & Co. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts double major from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
