Nick Chakmakian is the SVP, Total Rewards, Executive and Technical Compensation at Mastercard. He leads the Executive and Equity Compensation and Global Mobility teams and has been with Mastercard for over 8 years. Prior to Mastercard, he was with Time Inc. and Forrester Research both in compensation leadership positions. Nick holds a Master's Degree from Springfield College in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. Nick and his wife, Julianna, live in the New York area with their two sons, Ben and Will.
