Nicki Floyd

Nicki is the CVS Sr. Team Lead for the Colgate-Palmolive. In this role she leads her team and their cross functional partners through daily negotiations ultimately resulting in short and long lead planning for over 9,000 CVS stores. Throughout her 25 yr CPG career, Nicki has had various roles in sales, category management, and people leadership.
