Nicole Shaffer

Nicole (Nikki) Shaffer, Sr. Director Pfizer Colleague Wellness,  has over 27 years of Occupational Health Experience. She started her career at Warner Lambert pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and remained there for 16 years with increasing levels of responsibility and under 3 different company names including Pfizer and Johnson and Johnson.  In 2011 she returned to Pfizer to lead the North America Colleague Wellness operations. Now, In her current role she is responsible for the health and wellness programs for Pfizer’s employees globally and has been a leader and strategic driver for the COVID-19 efforts throughout the pandemic and also establishment of internal vaccination programs globally. Other areas of responsibility include: leave of absence management, EAP and mental health program oversight, Threat Response Core team member, Healthy Pfizer Wellness program leader and many other diverse roles to decrease health disparities and increase accessibility of healthcare to  employees and families globally.
