Nikole Benders-Hadi

Dr. Nikole Benders-Hadi is Vice President and Medical Director of Behavioral Health at Included Health, a leading healthcare navigation and virtual care provider. She is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed her undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University majoring in Public Health. She attended medical school and residency training at New York University School of Medicine, followed by fellowship in Public Psychiatry at Columbia University. Dr. Benders-Hadi has done research and writing on women's mental health issues, as well as the interplay between recovery programs and serious mental illnesses. At Included Health, Dr. Benders-Hadi leads the company’s behavioral health practice, focusing on member experience, practice management, clinician recruitment, clinical support and business development. Dr. Benders-Hadi was Included Health’s first employed psychiatrist in 2016, but has since grown into a leadership position, overseeing the company’s entire behavioral practice. She is dedicated to reducing mental health stigma and providing high-quality treatment in order to help patients maintain a high quality of life.
