Nisha Quartararo

Nisha has spent the past twelve years with BASF Corporation. She held several customer-facing roles before transitioning to Talent Management & Strategy. In her current role, she facilitates the North American region in key talent and leadership pipeline decisions, implements Leadership Excellence processes and solutions to hold leaders accountable to and ensure diversity in all levels of leadership, and represents North America in global talent initiatives to set BASF leaders up for success in the future. Nisha has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from McGill University.
