Oliver Engert

Oliver is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. He advises CEOs, other C-Suite executives, and Boards of Directors on Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Organization Design, and Performance Improvement. In addition to his 27+ years of management consulting experience, Oliver has operational experience at McKinsey and in the banking sector. For 10 years, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chair of EcoHealth Alliance, a leading nonprofit organization working to prevent pandemics globally.
