Olivier is an Associate Partner with McKinsey based in the Chicago office (previously in Paris) and a leader in McKinsey’s global Merger Management Practice. Olivier has led multiple integration-related efforts across a broad range of sectors, size and client priorities. Olivier focuses on international mergers and acquisitions with deep expertise in Organization Design, Target Operating Model development, Cultural Integration and Talent. Before joining McKinsey, Olivier worked several years for Unibail-Rodamco (Leading European commercial real estate investment trust) in the M&A department. Olivier holds an M.Sc in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris (2008).
