Orieji Iroha-Agwu is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in learning and development. She currently serves as the Director of Career Development Strategy and Programs on the People team at Red Hat, where she is responsible for defining the strategic direction of careers and leading a team of talented professionals to design, develop, and implement career solutions that promote equitable opportunities for Red Hatters’ career growth.

Prior to joining Red Hat, Orieji led the Americas Learning Delivery and Global Learning Delivery teams in Red Hat University, Red Hat’s Enterprise Learning and Development organization. She also had a 13-year career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC), where she implemented large, complex, enterprise learning and development initiatives and talent development solutions to build organizational capabilities and support career mobility.

Orieji is a passionate advocate for capability building, inspiring individuals to amplify their talents, and developing the next generation of leaders. She brings a unique perspective to equitably growing and developing a diverse workforce, enabling individuals and organizations to unlock their potential to achieve peak performance.
