Paul has over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership and board positions in multiple FMCG sectors, including Cosmetics, OTC Health Care, Food & Beverage, Brewing and Paper products.

Has led the introduction of many new to the world products across the globe from the concept stage and also has the unique experience of setting up and leading Quality Assurance systems in commercial settings.
