Paul Kibbe

Paul Kibbe is Mercer’s M&A Advisory Services East Market Leader based in New York. Throughout his career in professional services, Paul has partnered with clients to drive organizational improvements that enhance business performance. His work has focused on organization design, HR optimization, large-scale change management, program management, communications and training.

In addition to teaming with client leadership teams to mobilize and manage large, multi-workstream initiatives, Paul works closely with senior executives to align enterprise and functional strategy with business priorities; assess change readiness in preparation for enterprise transformations; redesign processes to optimize performance; and plan for implementations.

Prior to joining Mercer, Paul was a management consultant with PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and served in professional services roles with The Forum Corporation and Aerotek Professional Services.
