Paul Shorkey is a Managing Director and Partner in the Raleigh-Durham office of BCG. He is a core member of the HealthCare Practice Area (HCPA) and the People and Organization Practice (POP).

Paul has experience leading consulting projects for biopharmaceutical companies across a range of DD&A-related topics.  His work often intersects Healthcare and POP, with a particular focus on talent and skills.

Passionate about building BCG, Paul has previously served as the Advanced Degree Candidate (ADC) Recruiting Director for multiple BCG offices and helped to stand up the Raleigh-Durham office in 2022 as a founding member.

Prior to re-joining BCG in 2021, Paul was a Director of Strategy and Operations at Haven - the Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, JPMorgan Chase joint healthcare venture.  As a Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford, Paul earned a M.Sc. in Global Health Science (MPH equivalent) with Distinction and a M.Sc. in Neuroscience. He completed undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Psychology at UNC-Chapel Hill on a Morehead-Cain Scholarship.
