Paula Fagundes-Ventura

Paula is the global head of coaching at Goldman Sachs. She joined the firm in 2006 in the Investment Banking Division in Brazil. Paula also worked in Investment Banking and held several Learning & Development roles at Goldman Sachs in New York. Prior to joining Goldman, she worked at Itau and Rio Bravo Project Finance, two financial services firms in Brazil. Paula holds a Masters degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (with honors) from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Brazil. She is a certified coach by the Hudson Institute of Coaching and the NeuroLeadership Institute, a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching at McLean, Harvard Medical School Affiliate, and she is the faculty of the Columbia University School of Professional Studies.
