Peggy Jude is the program director and Senior Fellow in the Human Capital Center for The Conference Board. She is a recently retired senior executive from ADP. Her last position was vice president, global HR shared services. In this role she led the global HR shared services functions for ADP, providing services to the company’s 54,000-plus associates across the globe. At various points in this role, Jude was responsible for ADP-wide HR systems and systems strategy, metrics and analytics, HR PMO, policy and compliance, payroll, HR and benefits administration, HR call center services, HR mergers and acquisitions planning and integration, talent acquisition, global mobility and relocation, employee programs, workforce enablement, social responsibility, immigration, engagement, disaster recovery and HR communications services.
Prior to this role, she was the senior divisional vice president, human resources for the dealer services division of ADP. She was responsible for all Human Resources functions for this US$1 billion-dollar division of ADP covering 30-plus countries. Peggy was an integral part of the growth of the dealer services division with experience in over 30 acquisitions, including six international purchases. Peggy is also credited with pioneering the shared services concept of HR support within ADP, introducing the model within her division over 20 years ago. As the leader of a number of corporate-wide teams, Jude championed the use of HR technology, e-learning, centralized shared services, and enhanced roles for HR business partners.
Prior to her 20-plus years with ADP, Peggy was senior director, strategic alliances; director, HR; and director, compensation with the NutraSweet company, a division of Monsanto. Following graduate school, Jude joined General Mills as an internal consultant. After working in consulting for three years, she moved into the human resources organization holding positions in both corporate and manufacturing settings.
Jude holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business and a BS in Zoology from Iowa State University. She resides in Florida with her husband and is the proud mother of four children and seven grandchildren.
