Pete Tully

Since 2015, Pete Tully has been the Vice President & CHRO, and member of the Board of Directors for the Americas Region of the NTN Corporation, a leader in the global automotive and industrial bearing and components market for over 100 years. With 20 sites and 5,000 employees performing manufacturing, distribution, sales, engineering design and customer support, the NTN Americas HR Team is responsible for employee relations, talent management, compensation, benefit programs, EHS, workers compensation, legal, and risk management insurance matters. Previously, Pete was Sr. Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations for Motor Coach Industries for 10 years. Prior to that he held various Director HR & LR roles with Cummins, Inc. and Phillips Lighting. He has a B.A. in Industrial Relations from Penn State and a Masters in Industrial Labor Relations (M.I.L.R.) from Cornell University.
