Peter is Vice President, Global Benefits at RTX, where he is responsible for the overall strategy, design, and operations of enterprise employee benefits programs globally, with a focus on wellbeing, member experience and simplicity.

Peter has been with RTX, formerly Raytheon Technologies and United Technologies, for over 15 years. Prior to RTX, he served as a Product Manager at CIGNA Healthcare and a Health Care Benefits Consultant at Aon, formerly Hewitt Associates. He started his career in reinsurance as an Underwriter.

Peter holds a BA in Economics from Fairfield University and participated in Executive Education Programs at the University of Virgina Darden School of Business. Peter enjoys music, playing guitar, golfing, and spending time with his family.
