Philip Pratt

Philip C. Pratt serves as director of M&A for Corning Inc.  In this role, Pratt is responsible for establishing and leading Corning’s M&A Center, whose charter is to develop and ensure the deployment of best practices in acquisition due diligence and integration across the company.  Pratt has 12 years of M&A integration leadership experience spanning multiple Corning business segments, including lessons learned from the challenges of complex, cross-border carve out integrations.
