Quentin joined Included Health in 2023 to grow the Communities business, focused on health equity for underserved populations. With two decades of experience in healthcare, Quentin’s background spans roles in sales, account management, underwriting, and strategy at organizations like Anthem (Elevance), Blue Shield of California, and Collective Health. In addition, he led the 400+ member Black Employee Network ERG at Blue Shield and advised The Black Collective ERG at Collective Health. Quentin also sits on the board of Black in HR.
