Raghu Reddiam has over 30+ years of experience in HR. He worked for 13 years in Motorola and 14 years in global, regional, and country roles in Shell. He led recruitment for Asia Pacific and the Middle East and was Head of HR for Global Business. In his last role at Shell, he led the Transformation of the Biggest Equity-owned refinery of Shell – Bukom.

In this transformational role, he had to work with businesses on shaping the strategy toward energy transition and with a multi-generational workforce to transform and build skills. He also created and built Shell Volunteering and mentored start-ups as part of the Shell Start-up Engine. He now works as their Director of Operations in the United Nations Global Compact, Singapore.

UN Global Compact Singapore (UNGC) is an organization focused only on Corporate sustainability and is a membership-based NGO. The focus is convening building capabilities, and advocacy in Corporate sustainability based on the ten principles of UNGC. In this role, Raghu is responsible for strategy, marketing, operations, finance, and people.
