Rebecca has spent the past 3 years leading a small team of data specialists to successfully define and establish Strategic Workforce Planning capability at Lloyds Banking Group. Today, the team continue to add value across a wide range of themes including Learning Strategy, Recruitment, Redeployment, building the workforce for the bank of the future and much more. As the team continue to thrive, Rebecca’s portfolio has widened to include People Analytics. Rebecca is a passionate champion of ‘putting colleagues first’ and so the opportunity to combine the outputs of Strategic Workforce Planning with the insights from critical People Analytics projects is a huge motivating factor to taking on such a broad and complex remit.
Rebecca is a regular contributor to People Analytics Working Groups around the World and continues to share her experiences and best practice with leaders from multiple organisations.
