Rebecca Kaetzler

Becky Kaetzler is a Partner in McKinsey’s M&A Practice, based in Frankfurt. She has been with the Firm since 2003; her first five years in the New Jersey Office, and in Frankfurt since 2008. Becky’s work focuses on supporting clients through their M&A journeys, with particular focus on organizational topics, including culture and change management, organization design, talent, and top team alignment. She has published 8 articles over the last few years on these topics, and is passionate about leveraging the cultural integration to secure sources of value for a deal. Becky has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. She earned her Master’s and PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
