Renata Frolova-Hammer

Renata Frolova-Hammer is the Program Director for the Responsible Sourcing Council at The Conference Board.

Frolova-Hammer was a Head of Responsible Procurement in A.P. Møller - Maersk, a Danish shipping and logistics conglomerate, where she spent 20 years of her professional career, working with sustainability, supply chain change management, and innovation.

Other roles include serving as an independent director in the board of IKEA industry, the biggest producer of wooden furniture in the world, and and employee-elected board member in A.P. Møller - Maersk A/S.

Frolova-Hammer is a First Mover Fellow with the Aspen Business and Society Programme. She graduated from the SAID Business School, University of Oxford, in Organisational Leadership, INSEAD Board Leadership programme, and the University of Copenhagen in Philosophy and Rhetoric."
