Renee Landry is the U.S. Learning Lead, part of the Human Resources Talent Management team at Bayer. She oversees the team responsible for the learning strategy and leadership development cross-divisionally in the US across all Bayer businesses. Her work touches 4,000 leaders and 16,000 employees. She is considered a subject matter expert in the learning and development field, as her past roles at Pfizer, Zoetis, and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, paved the way for her current leadership position. She holds degrees in Behavioral Science from Drew University and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University. Renee enjoys spending time with her husband and son and pandemic-purchased puppy in their home state of New Jersey.
