As former CHRO at McDonald’s Corporation, Rich was the successful architect behind best-in-class, high potential, accelerated leadership development, employee education, and succession planning programs, uplifting McDonald’s talent management programs to an award-winning Top 10 Company for Leaders. During his 12-year tenure, Rich guided McDonald’s through five CEO successions and multiple reorganizations and led the overhaul of all reward programs companywide to ensure pay for performance and sound governance practices. Rich is also an appointed Senior Strategic Advisor for the HR Policy Association and the current CHRO of Health Transformation Alliance.
