Working with healthcare partners like Sword Health, he and his team have improved outcomes for ArcBest team members and reduced costs. By leveraging ArcBest’s people-first, data-driven approach to healthcare supply-chain optimization, ArcBest has flattened healthcare trend since 2008.  Our focus is on improving individual outcomes and reducing population risk, without shifting costs to participants in our values-based culture.  Rich holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Arkansas and Sam Walton School of Business. In addition, he serves on numerous boards and advisory boards across the country.
