Rich Dobbs has been Vice President – Global Business Services (GBS) since March 2016. He is responsible for Kimberly-Clark’s four shared service centers in Knoxville, Tennessee; Krakow, Poland; San Jose, Costa Rica; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and manages Genpact, one of Kimberly-Clark’s global suppliers. Mr. Dobbs is also responsible for global real estate and facilities management for the company and leads enabling services such as continuous improvement; reporting and analytics capabilities; change management and communications; innovation; and automation

Mr. Dobbs has more than 26 years of experience leading GBS environments. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, he served as Vice President of Global Business Services at Mondelez International, joining right after Mondelez split from Kraft Foods and successfully establishing their Global Business Services group.

Prior to Mondelez, Mr. Dobbs led the Finance and Accounting outsourced division of Xerox, a business with more than 5,000 associates servicing over 40 different companies and generating more than $300M in revenue. Prior to Xerox, he led the Global Enterprise Operations Group at Fidelity Investments and spent 15 years at GE in a variety of roles, including leading the Global Financial Shared Services organization.

Mr. Dobbs also spent four years with Citibank as a portfolio manager and began his career in the United States Air Force as a Communications Intelligence Officer and Mission Supervisor.

He is a graduate of Troy State University with a degree in Management.
