Angie Gaskins

Richard Gaskins is the Program Director of the Diversity Business Council. Dick has more than 25 years of domestic and international human resource experience, enhanced with eight years of human resource consulting, including running Diversity & Inclusion at Wyeth and American Express Financial Advisors.

Under his leadership, American Express Financial Advisor received national recognition for its comprehensive and innovation diversity initiatives in benchmarking, business case, employee networks and learning labs.
