Robert’s expertise areas are HR strategy, retention and attraction people strategies, and leadership development. He has sole global responsibility for one of PwC`s market-leading survey and analytics platform solutions, the Total Rewards Optimisation. The solution provides evidence-based insight into the effectiveness and efficiency of the reward and benefit offering of an organisation.
