Robert J. Centonze

Bob Centonze is Vice President Total Rewards with the Campbell Soup Company. His role encompasses the planning, design, communication and administration of Campbell’s global compensation and benefit programs. In addition, Bob focuses on executive compensation, Board governance and M&A due diligence and integration. Prior to joining Campbell Soup in 2004, he had a 23 year career with the DuPont Company, progressing through roles in finance, benefits, compensation and M&A. Bob’s time at DuPont also included a start-up role with the DuPont-Merck Pharmaceutical Company joint venture. Bob received a BBA in Finance from Temple University and his MBA from Drexel University. He is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, a Certified Benefits and Compensation Professional and a Certified Treasury Professional. Bob has spoken at conferences sponsored by The Conference Board, World at Work, IBM and Temple University. He serves on the HR Committee of the United Way of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
