Rob Kaminski is the Global Director of Operations for the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Center of Excellence at The Estee Lauder Companies. Rob has been with the organization for 23 years and joined the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Team in 2018. Rob’s responsibilities include leading the day-to-day operations of the team and the development and execution of the ID&E corporate strategy including education, events, Employee Resource Groups, talent initiatives, and communications. Prior to his current role, Rob held positions at ELC in Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain and IT. In addition to his work at The Estee Lauder Companies, Rob is active in the DEI community as Chair of The Conference Board’s Diversity and Inclusion Optimizers Council and as a Community Lead within the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion.
