With a track record of scaling high-growth healthcare companies, Rob was previously SVP of Sales & Employer Strategy at Spring Health, where he helped grow the company from its seed stage to a multi-billion-dollar valuation. Before that, he was one of the founding sales hires at Lyra Health, helping to establish it as a leader in mental health benefits and guiding it to unicorn status.

Rob holds an MBA from Kellogg and brings deep expertise in sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, and building high-performing teams in the digital healthcare space. At Found, he is committed to redefining the future of obesity care through strategic growth and impactful partnerships.
