Rosa Santos

Throughout her almost 20 year career, Rosa has demonstrated a heightened commitment to aligning the talent agenda with the business priorities while fostering environments where people can have opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Prior to her current role at PepsiCo, Rosa held regional and global HR and OD roles for BP plc, The World Bank and the University of Chicago. She is known for driving innovate talent and Org Effectiveness practices to enable businesses transformation in a holistic and integrated manner, specifically understanding the criticality of team formation and network effectiveness to driver successful outcomes.
 
She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, a Master’s degree in Sociology & Politics from University of Salamanca, Spain and University of East London, UK, and Bachelor’s degree in Labor Law by the University of Salamanca, Spain. As a certified Executive Coach, Rosa has held her own practice, where she coached a wide array of senior global executives from the UN, The World Bank, and the InterAmerican Development Bank.
 
She resides in Oak Park, where she lives with her husband, son and two good old-fashioned standard poodles.
