Rui Silva

Rui Silva is a Partner in McKinsey’s M&A/Integration practice, based in New York. Rui has been involved in 50+ integrations and personally led 18 large, global mergers. He leads McKinsey’s thinking on all merger-related commercial topics spanning revenue risk management, revenue synergies, and sales integration. Rui initially joined McKinsey in the Lisbon office after completing his Master's Degree in Civil Engineering. He completed his MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University prior to joining McKinsey’s New York Office in 2009.
