Ryan Donovan is a Research Analyst with the Human Capital Center (HC). He supports research projects across all HC topics such as culture, engagement & experience, learning & development, performance management, leadership, and total rewards. As an analyst, Ryan’s primary role is managing survey research and data analysis completed in the HC Center. In addition to research, he collaborates with the HC member engagement team in connecting HR executives and their team with subject matter experts and resources.
Before joining The Conference Board, Ryan worked in a financial services consulting engagement at Berkeley Research Group as a compliance analyst, prior to working as a consultant for Consumer Reports in supplying acquisition research. He attended Fordham University in the Bronx, earning a BA and MA in economics with a focus on financial economics and banking. Ryan’s academic background in economics and previous consulting experience provide him with the ability and passion to seek solutions at the intersection of research and business.
