Ryan L. Green is a Time Away and Wellness Program Manager at Meta (formerly Facebook), with over 15 years of Human Resources, Time Away and Benefits experience.  Ryan is passionate about simplifying and assisting employers and employees with navigating the complex world of Disability Benefits, Leaves of Absences, Time Away, and the numerous federal and state protections that can accompany these offerings.  Most recently, Ryan has taken a keen interest in understanding the intersection of Mental Health and Leaves to ensure support for employees before, during and after a leave of absence, while maintaining adequate coverage for the business and employers.  Through Meta, Ryan has been successful supporting the launch of industry leading benefits, that have gone on to become industry standards, and he’s motivated to continue advocating in this space, as we see the need for Mental Health support at an all-time high.
