Ryan Ramsey is the head of strategic alliances for Espresa. With over 20 years of experience growing businesses and collaborating with employers, he knows the ins and outs of delivering customer-focused human resource and benefits solutions. Most recently, he served as the VP of customer success for Grand Rounds Health, leading a national team while rapidly scaling their portfolio of enterprise clients. Prior to that, he was a partner at Mercer, where he spent 11 years and held a variety of roles spanning sales and business leadership. Ryan holds an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado and a B.S. from the University of Michigan.
