Ryan Shatzer

Ryan Shatzer is the Vice President of Employee Experience and People Services for Intermountain Healthcare, with responsibility for caregiver engagement and recognition, caregiver wellness (LiVe Well), social well-being, occupational health, HR shared services function, HR Integration and Transformation Office and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Ryan’s roles have also included HRBP leadership, talent management, leadership development, and change management. Prior to Intermountain, Ryan was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their management consulting practice. At PwC, he has worked with large and mid-sized organizations in the healthcare, pharma, and tech industries to implement large-scale business transformations and build leadership development programs. Ryan received a PhD from Brigham Young University, with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Ryan lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and five children, where he enjoys coaching baseball, skiing, and participating in triathlons with his family.
